"A" walk went over Longstone moor , dropped down into
Cressbrookdale folowed Millers dale and taddington dale before heading
to Monsal head( for deserved pint and butterscotch ice cream) and back,
on field paths, to Ashford, led by Mike James

| There were two"C" walks One went through Great
Longstone and on to monsal head before dropping down to Monsall dale
folowing this back to ashford. |

The 'C' walk was a 9 mile
linear walk starting from the A6 at Priestcliffe. From here the group
made their way down to the Monsal Trail which they followed to Monsal
Head, passing Litton Mill and Cressbrook on the way. After enjoying a
delicious ice cream at Monsal Head the group followed the River Wye to
Ashford.
