On the 25th. April a mixed party of ten, from Freshfield Ramblers, departed for a week of walking in northern Mallorca. We stayed in the same villa as last year,a five bedroom detatched in its own extensive grounds, with a good pool, orange and lemon trees, barbecue facilities and no neighbours. Our transport while in Mallorca was a five seater estate car and a nine seater mini bus. 

During the week we manage six walks taking from three and a half to five hours with range of 160 to 575 metres of assent. The weather was mostly good although we did have a couple of hours walking in the rain on the Friday!

The villa and vehicles were good, the flights were on time, the weather was good for walking, the food and drink were superb and the company was excellent 

The bonus was that the whole week ( villa, car hire, flight, food and drink ) cost less than £350 per head!
