Longridge 11th January . After a prolonged spell of freezing weather the temperature had risen and rain was promised. However the ground though muddy was still quite hard and the rain didn't materialise.
"C" walk led by June Buck and Penny Jones did a linear walk starting in Hurst Green going over Longridge Fell then on to Longridge following field paths.  photos by Penny Jones
"A" walk did a circular walk from The Corporation Arms in Longridge, through Ribchester, detour  1. to see roman baths 2. find loo! Then proceeding through Hurst green to follow Longridge fell back to the Corporation Arms.  Leaders John Jones and Mike James  photos John Hodgson
