The 'C' group's 8 mile walk from Eyam, was via Sir William Hill across the moor to Stoke Ford and Abney Clough ,where we had lunch.

 

              From Abney the group crossed to Hucklow Edge for the views, but..., the rain came!   Rapid progress was then made to the Barrel Inn, where various warming beverages were downed.

 

              Suitably revived, we headed out via Eyam Edge, back to Eyam ,where quite damp, we sought refuge in The Miners Arms.
