| November 29th. DUFTON YHA WEEKEND | ||
| Freezing fog and frost carpeting the country failed to deter 26 intrepid members who travelled up to Dufton, a very pretty village on the eastern side of the Eden valley nestling under the western edge of the pennines. Comfortable accomodation was found at the very upmarket y.h.a, which boasted a fine dining/common room and a high tech kitchen with industrial dish washer! | ||
