On Sunday, 16 September, our walks are based at Ironbridge in Shropshire.
The coach will leave school as usual at 8.00 am prompt. There will be no toilet stop en route. All walks finish at the Visitor Centre in Ironbridge.
There are toilets, tea shops and pubs in Ironbridge
We aim to leave for the return journey at 5.30pm and M6 traffic permitting, we hope to be back in Formby at approx 8.00pm.
The cost of travel will be £10.00 for adults, £13.00 for guests and £5.00 for Leaders, children and students in full time education.
Returns must go to the Chairman by Thursday, 6 September. Please get your returns in on time!!
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make a late booking, please contact the Chairman on 01704 876971 who will endeavour to substitute your booking from any waiting list. If this is not possible, then regrettably no refunds will be given as coaches will have been booked on initial returns.
Please ensure that your cheques are signed prior to being sent in – it is inconvenient for the Treasurer to chase up such omissions.

Leaving the bus on Watling Street in Wellington we walk down Golf Links Lane under the M54 and start the first of three undulating climbs through Ercall Wood then Lawrence’s Hill and finally the Wrekin where we join the Shropshire Way. |

| The walk starts in Much Wenlock, where the modern Olympic Games were instigated, with a gentle climb to the north-west on the Shropshire Way up to Wenlock Edge. |
