The walk will be based on the Clock Face pub where we will be having our ‘after-walk’ lunch.
Please make your own way there and, if possible, share a car to save space. Journey Distance: ~24 miles, allow 45 minutes.
Please meet in the Pub car park at 9.15am for toilets/food order and a 9.30 start!
Directions: take M57 and onto M62(east), leaving at first junction (J7) onto A57 to Warrington. Straight across traffic lights/cross roads and turn left onto A569 (Clock Face) shortly after entering 30mph zone at Bold Heath. 1 mile after crossing M62 on the left is the Clock Face pub where tables have been booked for lunch.
The Walk
This circular walk is a very pleasant stroll, mostly on firm tracks, through countryside and country parks. Pretty-well level (apart from a short 'climb' to the 'Dream') with only 2 small stiles. After the walk we have tables booked for lunch at the Clock Face pub.
