On Sunday 14 October we will walk in the Grasmere area of the Lake District. The coach will leave school as usual at 8.00 am prompt. There are toilets at the start of the walks therefore there will be no toilet stop en route. The ‘B+’ party leave the coach at Rydal so please be booted up and have your rucksacks with you for a quick embarkation. The ‘A’ party get back on the coach in Grasmere to go out to their start beyond Grasmere. All walks finish in Grasmere where there are the usual facilities. We plan to leave at 5.30 pm to be back in Formby at about 7.45/8.00pm. Conditions underfoot mean walking boots will be essential.
